About the role

At our facility in Linköping, we develop and produce plate heat exchangers for the heavy vehicle industry. The operations are consolidated on one site, which means close collaboration between functions and short decision-making paths in daily work.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will join an engaged team responsible for preventive, improvement, and corrective maintenance of our machinery. This ranges from mechanical and hydraulic presses to robot cells and vacuum ovens, offering you the opportunity to work broadly with mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and automation.

The role offers great variation in tasks and the opportunity to develop specialist knowledge in areas that interest you. As a new employee, you will receive a thorough introduction and support from experienced colleagues to ensure you have the best conditions for success.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing scheduled maintenance and addressing urgent operational disruptions
• Monitoring, planning, and preparing maintenance measures
• Participating in improvement work and the development of machinery
• Having responsibility for parts of our production lines
• Being on call according to a schedule

The work is initially during day shifts, but experience with 2-shift work is considered a merit.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar technical role within the production industry. You have a genuine interest in technology and a commitment not just to fix things when they break, but also to keep them in good condition. You are accustomed to technical problem-solving and logical troubleshooting, and we believe you need at least a basic understanding of electrical diagrams to thrive in this role. In your work, you are structured, responsible, and solution-oriented, and you enjoy working both independently and in a team.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• Experience from a similar role in a production or manufacturing environment.
• A genuine interest in technology.
• Good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written.

We consider it a merit if you have:

• The ability to work 2-shifts.
• Education in maintenance technology.
