Your role as a Junior Fiber Project Engineer

As a Junior Fiber Project Engineer, you will follow fiber projects from start to final delivery. Together with experienced colleagues, you will work on the design and planning of the future fiber network, while gradually taking on more responsibility as you develop in the role.

You will work through the entire project process – from planning and design to construction and final documentation. In your daily work, you plan excavation routes, dimension cabling and fiber cables, and choose suitable laying methods based on different soil conditions. The role involves many contact points where you have close dialogue with landowners, authorities, contractors, suppliers, and customers to create good conditions for each project.

You will become part of an engaged team where knowledge sharing and collaboration are a natural part of everyday life. With us, you have the opportunity to develop within both design and project management while contributing to building the digital infrastructure that society depends on.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is curious and wants to develop within fiber project engineering. You thrive with many contact points and are motivated by creating good relationships, both with customers and colleagues. As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and structured, while also having a strong commitment to what you do.

We expect you to have a B driver's license and communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Previous experience with fiber, telecom, urban networks, or network documentation is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have the desire to learn and develop together with us.
