We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented property technician specializing in white goods to join our team in Norrköping. Do you want to become a key player in ensuring a safe and well-functioning living environment for our tenants? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

About the role

As a property technician specializing in white goods, you will primarily be responsible for servicing, repairing, and corrective maintenance of white goods in the region. The role is social and service-oriented, and you must be able to plan your work and maintain good contact with tenants, suppliers, and subcontractors. The role also places high demands on structure, digital documentation, and follow-up. We therefore expect that you see order and organization as a natural part of the job.

Your responsibilities include:

• Independently performing servicing, repairs, and maintenance measures, primarily focusing on white goods.
• Conducting rounds and supervision to prevent problems.
• Responsible for checking and following up on ordered work within white goods.
• Contributing to good knowledge and routines for the service and maintenance of white goods.
• Participating in area activities to strengthen community spirit.

Who are you?

We would like you to have:

• Work experience in a role as a property technician, repairer, or similar, or alternatively other experience or education that we consider equivalent.
• Experience in repairing white goods.
• Category B driver's license (manual transmission).
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
