About the job:

The Department of Community Development is one of four departments in Kinda Municipality. The other departments are the Health and Care Department, the Education Department and the Municipal Executive Board Department. The Department of Community Development develops society and has a broad mandate. We offer a workplace with creative conversations, high tempo and solution-focused working methods. The department consists of approx. 100 engaged employees with varying roles and areas of work. Right now we are looking for you who want to develop together with us and are curious about working with our water and wastewater facilities. Tasks:

You will be placed within the Water and Waste Department, which is responsible for the municipality's water and wastewater treatment plants, water towers, pressure boosting stations, pump stations, water and sewerage networks, recycling stations and waste facilities. Here you will be part of a production group responsible for water and wastewater treatment plants, water towers, pressure boosting stations and pump stations.

We offer you a varied job with everything from routine tasks such as electrical installation, supervision, operation and maintenance to troubleshooting, repairs, problem solving, compliance with laws, self-control, development and operational optimization of our electrical installations and control and regulation systems. Electrical installation responsibility and the role of electrician for compliance with regulations as well as system management of the operation and monitoring system will also be included in the tasks.

Today, electrical work with street lighting such as installation, control and fault correction is also carried out for other operations within the municipality. Some other minor electrical work is also carried out for other operations as time permits.

Since the work is largely carried out independently, you have great opportunities to influence the structure of daily work.

The position includes on-call duty and currently the on-call service is every 5th week.

Qualifications:

We want you to have a technical education of at least upper secondary level, e.g. The Electrical and Energy Programme with a focus on automation or electrical engineering or other education or experience that the employer considers equivalent.

You have several years of experience in electrical work with elements of automation, control and regulation and have electrical authorization A or AL.

If you have knowledge of programming control and regulation and monitoring systems (PLC, SCADA), this is an advantage.

Have a good understanding of reading and understanding technical system drawings and electrical diagrams as well as being able to create relationship documentation. If you also have project design knowledge, this is an advantage.

You are a person who can and enjoys working both independently and in collaboration with others and are practical, careful, structured, responsible, proactive and service-oriented. For us, it is very important how you are as a person, so that you enjoy working with us and we with you.

A B driving license for manual transmission and good computer skills are required for the position.
