Your tasks
The tasks for this role suit you who enjoy a lot of varied work. As an operations technician/field operator, you will be involved in the entire production from A to Z, monitoring the production facility from the control room, conducting rounds, lab testing the product at various stages, and ensuring that the factory's production runs as smoothly as possible. If obstacles arise, light technical troubleshooting and analysis, cleaning, and preventive work are also part of the job. Although this is a summer job, you will function as a key person where you are expected to have high attendance in production, contribute with decisiveness, openness, and a holistic view.

The position is full-time and follows the customer's 6-shift schedule. The start date is early/mid-April until the end of August/September, and there is a possibility of extension for the right person.

Since the position involves summer temporary work for regular staff, there is no possibility for vacation during the employment period.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for:
For the role of operations technician, we seek a driven and communicative person who is motivated to be an important cog in a large machinery. To get into the role as quickly as possible, it is a great advantage if you have experience in an industrial environment within production or manufacturing, but it is not a requirement. We would like you to have an industrial education as a foundation or be currently undergoing training, but again, this is not a requirement; your personal attributes are the most important. You have a strong interest in technology and processes and enjoy working in production in close collaboration with other operators and technicians. If you have previous experience working in the industry, for example, within processes, we see this as a strong merit.
