About the Position

We are currently looking for a proactive property caretaker for on-demand employment for consulting assignments with one of our clients in Mjölby municipality. This assignment is suitable for those who have another main occupation or are retired and wish to work extra when needed.

What the Role Involves

You will be working with various practical tasks such as green space maintenance, snow removal, basic property maintenance, and repairs.

Examples of Tasks:

• Snow removal and ice prevention around properties
• Lawn mowing and basic outdoor maintenance
• Basic maintenance and repairs in the property

Working Hours: daytime, scheduled between Monday-Friday during regular business hours. Work is on an as-needed basis and times may vary.

Start: Immediately as agreed.

The assignment is planned to continue indefinitely throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance, upkeep, and practical work
• Handy, solution-oriented, and self-driven
• Reliable and service-oriented
• Has another main occupation (e.g., retirement, studies, part-time job, or own business)
• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

We appreciate flexibility and having another occupation that can be adjusted for extra work.
