Are you our new district heating technician?

Do you enjoy working practically, meeting people, and solving problems that really matter? We are now looking for our next star player – a district heating technician who wants to help operate, maintain, and optimize one of our most important infrastructures – the district heating network. Here you will work with smart technology, technical troubleshooting, and solutions that keep the community warm all year round!

As a district heating technician with us, you will be part of a great team that ensures our customers receive safe and sustainable heating – every day. Focusing on the operation and maintenance of the district heating network in Linköping, you will work both indoors and outdoors and have a lot of contact with both colleagues and customers. You will have a varied everyday life with rewarding tasks, including:

• performing service visits to customers
• replacing district heating meters
• operating valves in the district heating network
• inspecting access pits and chambers
• assisting with heat exchanger replacements

Are you the one we are looking for? Since you will work closely with both colleagues and customers, we see that you possess good communication and collaboration skills. You value working in a service-oriented manner and enjoy meeting people. When faced with challenges, you are solution-focused and curious – you see solutions instead of obstacles. You are driven and engaged in what you do and have a good ability to take your own initiative.

We expect you to have:

• Relevant upper secondary or vocational education (HVAC, operations technician, or similar) or other experience that can be deemed equivalent
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken
• Driving license B
• Computer skills

If you are a trained operations technician, service technician, or HVAC installer, it is considered an advantage. Experience from facility technical operations is also viewed positively.
