We are now looking for a technically skilled service technician with an interest in advanced production technology and automation – a person who thrives at the intersection of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.

This is a role for someone who can both assemble, troubleshoot, and understand how machines work – and who is also curious about developing and renewing technology over time. You will be an important part of our maintenance team where you, together with existing colleagues, will strengthen automation competence.

It is important that you understand the conditions: our factory consists of a mix of older technology and modern equipment. We are not just going to maintain – we are going to renew. But the change will happen gradually over time, so you need to enjoy working with older systems as well as developing future solutions.

The role is broad and practical – with a focus on service, troubleshooting, and improvement work:

• Troubleshooting, repair, and improvement of machinery

• Basic electrical work related to machines and equipment

• Participate in the integration of new robotic solutions (e.g., ABB picking robots) with the existing machinery

• Work with control systems (PLC, relay technology, basic programming) – with the opportunity to develop your skills over time

• Mechanical maintenance within hydraulics and pneumatics

• Active participation in improvement and development work within maintenance and production

All work takes place on-site in the factory, close to production and operations.

We believe you are a curious and solution-oriented person who thrives when you can use both your technical background/education and your practical skills. You enjoy understanding how machines and systems work and have an interest in technology. You like to understand how things work and want to learn more – both in mechanics, electrical, coding, and components.

You likely have:

• Experience in technical maintenance, service, or a similar role; relevant education is a plus

• Knowledge in electrical, control systems (PLC), and machine safety

• A practical approach – you are used to assembling, troubleshooting, and tackling problems hands-on

If you have worked with older PLC systems or relay technology, that is a plus – otherwise, you are curious to learn.
