Then this role as a traveling service technician at RemaSawco in Linköping could be your next step! On behalf of our client, we are now looking for several new service technicians, read below for more information about the role.

RemaSawco has its support operations in Linköping – and is now looking for a service technician to join its growing team within Service & Support. Here, you work across the boundaries of technical areas where the atmosphere is helpful, learning, and unpretentious. The role belongs to the board side, which means that you will work with RemaSawco's unique systems that detect defects and optimize boards. You will have a mentor who introduces you to the systems and teaches you everything you need to grow into the role. It is a position where you truly make a difference – both for customers and colleagues.

· Provide technical support, service, and troubleshooting – both digitally (about 75–80%) and mechanically on-site with customers
· Install and commission board systems and adjust product parameters as needed
· Work with planned maintenance, annual service, and upgrades
· Document and log errors in the company’s system for knowledge sharing
· Participate in project planning and collaborate with developers and product specialists
· Travel mainly within Sweden, but also to Norway, Finland, and the Baltics as needed

· Have a technical education at the high school level or equivalent experience
· Have previous experience as a service technician or similar role
· Have good computer skills and enjoy working in system environments
· Master Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing
· Hold a B driver's license and are willing to travel up to about 50% of your working time

It is meritorious if you have:
· Experience in troubleshooting within industrial, automation, or mechanical engineering
· Knowledge of electrical systems, control systems, or mechanics
· Previous experience in sawmills, process industry, or system operations

This is a direct recruitment, which means that Friday handles and is responsible for the recruitment process, but you will be employed directly by RemaSawco.
