We are looking for a senior project manager with automation expertise for a well-established and stable industrial company in Eskilstuna that wants to take responsibility for streamlining and improving one of their processes.

In this role, you will:

• Work on streamlining and developing the entire production flow
• Think innovatively and differently, challenge old working methods, and contribute improvements that make a real difference
• Drive change initiatives as projects, from analysis to implementation
• Act as a leading force in automation and production, with the ability to persuade and engage both employees and management
• Be a central part in advancing the business in the long term

The assignment has a clear focus on change and is suitable for you who thrive in environments where many have worked for a long time, where structures may be perceived as complex, and where clarity, responsiveness, and perseverance are required to succeed.

This is a consulting assignment, which may potentially lead to a transition to the client. Therefore, there may be solutions for those who run their own company.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has over 10 years of experience in production and/or automation
• Is senior with high technical competence in automation
• Has experience leading projects and driving change
• Is confident in communicating, influencing, and building trust within organizations
• Thrives in change and has the ability to get people on board
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
