At Vårdcentralen Örkelljunga, approximately 20 dedicated employees work together to care for around 6000 registered patients. We have a broad competence with specialists in general medicine, ST and AT doctors, as well as a well-coordinated team of nurses and district nurses.

Our operations include several specialized clinics, including those for asthma/COPD, diabetes, elderly care, smoking cessation, and blood pressure monitoring. We also have a family center with a child health clinic (BVC), which allows us to offer support and care for the whole family. Furthermore, we have a close and well-functioning collaboration with the physiotherapy clinic, where physiotherapists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists, together with our CBT-focused social worker, contribute to a holistic approach to care for our patients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now facing a retirement and are looking for a district nurse who wants to become part of our well-functioning and experienced team. With us, you will have a secure and stable working environment where collaboration and collegial support are a given.

In the role of district nurse, you will have a varied and stimulating everyday life, where you work both in your own clinic and within our elderly care clinic. You will also be responsible for the vaccination clinic, where your competence plays an important role in promoting good health among our patients.

In addition, scheduled telephone advice and triage are included, where your experience and professional judgment ensure that patients receive the right care at the right time. We appreciate your commitment to patient-centered care and your ability to work independently while being a valuable part of our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with permission to work in Swedish healthcare and who has further education as a district nurse. It is also a requirement to have good knowledge of Swedish, corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s level scale.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and always puts the patient's needs first. You have a genuine interest in people and good communication skills, which allows you to meet and support our patients in a respectful and safe manner.
