Capio Rehab Selma is part of Capio Närsjukvård. For us, it is important to provide care characterized by high quality, good service, and a positive attitude.

The rehabilitation clinic opened its doors in January 2020. Since then, we have expanded our operations. In 2024, we further expanded our premises with new treatment rooms, a group training room, and a new gym.

Capio Rehab is based on the local unit's self-governance, which allows for engagement and participation from employees. This, in turn, leads to short decision-making paths while there is a larger organization in the background that provides support and opportunities for development and exchange of experiences. We have many rehabilitation clinics within the organization, providing good collegial support and opportunities for competence, experience, and idea exchange.

Your Role

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist for Capio Rehab Selma! With us, you will independently manage your patient consultations, including examinations, assessments, and treatments of patients.

If you are interested, there is also the opportunity for you to lead group activities for our patients. Currently, we offer Arthritis School, Yoga, Stress School, Pain School, Paraffin Baths, COPD training, and balance training as group treatments, and we are always open to new ideas for group therapy.

We Offer You

The chance to work with us in our team, which currently consists of two occupational therapists and six physiotherapists in newly built, fresh premises in the middle of Selma Lagerlöfs Square. The unit is adjacent to the Capio Health Center Selma, which allows for close collaboration with the health center's staff when needed.

About You

The position with us suits you who see yourself as a team player, are a licensed occupational therapist, and are confident both personally and professionally, as well as having a flexible, patient-focused working style with good empathetic abilities.

Since we conduct home visits for patients who cannot come to the clinic, you need to have a valid driver's license (B). We prefer candidates with experience in outpatient work, and previous experience in primary care is an advantage.
