Young teenage boy is looking for an assistant with security and a big heart. Our client has autism and needs help with daily routines and activities. You should support, inspire, respect, and motivate the client. The client is active and needs an assistant who can keep up with his pace but who also doesn’t get bored during quiet moments.

We are looking for someone who is committed, playful, and can work in a low-arousal manner.

Experience with autism and the role of a personal assistant is an advantage, but the highest priority is personality. It is essential that the chemistry works with both the client and the family. The family also has siblings with personal assistance and pets, so you cannot have allergies to furry animals.

The workplace is located just northeast of Örebro, and since public transport is limited, a driver's license and car are required.

The working hours are currently during the day and evening, with the possibility of working some weekends.

Before employment, references must be provided, and a criminal record extract must be presented.
