Stockrosen Care and Welfare provides qualified care and accommodation in addiction treatment, psychiatry, and psychosocial change work as well as comorbidity. We offer a complete care chain, from taking care of clients to discharge, where all treatment is based on and adapted to the individual. Stockrosen consists of several operations, where we have extensive experience and expertise in our fields. Our care is based on evidence-based methods, gathered in the Stockrosen model - a working method that puts the individual at the center and offers individually tailored interventions, with CBT-based care as the foundation. 

Our operations include Sobera detoxification department, Älvstorps Care and Treatment Home, Fogdhyttans Treatment Home, Kraftaverk, Villa Leva, Hasslegården, and Stockrosen Support Accommodation. The Stockrosen group also includes Psychiatry and Health as well as Reception Bergmästaren, which offers specialist services in psychiatry, health care, and personnel. 

About the Program

During the 24 months that the program lasts, you as an assistant manager will gain a comprehensive insight into our operations. You will develop your leadership skills under the close guidance of experienced managers. Additionally, you will develop in-depth knowledge about the specific target groups that the operation is aimed at and gain knowledge about relevant working methods and approaches. At the same time, you will deepen your understanding of the regulations that apply within social services for these target groups. Through practical experience in applying these regulations within HVB operations, you will strengthen your competence for a future role as a manager. 

The position also involves a significant amount of practical work in roles such as treatment pedagogue, addiction therapist, or similar positions to gain sufficient experience with the target group.

Your Profile:

• Relevant university education of at least 180 credits with a focus on social work, special education, or behavioral science, preferably a social work degree. 

• Leadership ability and ambition to become a future manager and operations manager. 

• Flexibility to work in different locations. 

The goal of the program is for you to gain enough experience and knowledge to be approved by IVO as a manager for all our HVB homes.
