We are now looking for a case officer who will investigate applications within LSS for children and adults and develop the work within assistance.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a wonderful team that cares for each other, has high competence, and a drive to develop. The unit includes, in addition to LSS and the psychosocial adult area, also assistance assessment within elderly care, children and family, adults, and financial assistance. Job Responsibilities

As a case officer with us, you will investigate, make decisions, and follow up on measures according to LSS and SoL (psychosocial area) for both children and adults. You will also support assistance assessments within elderly care.

You will also have a role in coordinating and developing the work within LSS and assistance together with your colleagues and supervisors.

You will collaborate with colleagues in a supportive and competent team, where you have access to both individual supervision and group supervision.

Qualifications

To work as an LSS case officer, you need to have a degree in social work or another higher education that the employer assesses as equivalent. Education in social law is a requirement.

You should have experience in handling LSS cases and experience with the target group. It is important that you have good knowledge of applicable legislation and the ability to apply it in your work.

Furthermore, you need to be development-oriented and have an interest and commitment to the development of the operation moving forward.

You need to have a high ability to collaborate with both your immediate colleagues and other internal and external partners. The work requires the ability to plan and independently execute the tasks included in the assignment. You need to have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

A driver's license is a requirement.
