Description

Whether you are new to the profession or an experienced social worker, we are looking for you! With us in the children and youth group at Hällefors municipality, you will have a meaningful, varied, and developing job where your skills are valued. You will work with investigations, assessments, and decisions concerning children, youth, and their families, as well as the implementation of interventions. The work also includes preventive and family law tasks, such as investigations and information to the court regarding custody, residence, and visitation, as well as collaborative conversations.

The investigative work is based on BBIC and documented in Viva IFO. You are expected to take an active responsibility for both your tasks and the development of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations according to SoL and LVU with the child at the center.
• Handle applications and reports and follow up on granted interventions.
• Collaborate with internal and external actors such as health care, schools, and families.
• Independently manage the entire process in your cases.
• Work professionally and communicatively with a focus on the best interests of the child.

Qualifications

• Degree in social work.
• Ability to reflect and analyze.
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.
• Driver's license (B).
• You are flexible, have good collaboration skills, and are persistent in your work approach.

Meritorious

• Experience in public authority and investigative work within social services.

Conditions

The position is a permanent full-time employment, and a probationary period may be applicable. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, and interviews will be conducted continuously; the position may be filled before the application deadline.
