As a machine operator, you will work on a line with varying tasks, including monitoring machines, inspecting materials, setting up machines, and handling materials. You will also drive forklifts and participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

The working hours consist of shift work in the form of 3-, 4-, or 5-shift.

We prefer that you have experience working as an operator and enjoy new challenges; you are solution-oriented and practically minded. You thrive in the industry and are meticulous, have a good technical understanding, and can work independently as well as in a team.

We are looking for someone who has all the necessary qualifications to thrive and succeed in the role of machine operator. You need to have a driver's license and access to a car to commute to the workplace. A forklift license A+B is a must to handle daily tasks that include forklift driving. You should also have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as previous experience from the industry or equivalent tasks.

Knowledge in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving is a significant advantage as you will work with both technical challenges and continuous improvements. Experience working in teams and participating in improvement projects is also positive. If you have an education in technology or industry, it will give you a strong position among other candidates. A forklift license is highly meritorious.
