We are now looking for someone who wants to take overall responsibility for our wedding bookings, while also being an important part of our hotel reception team.

About the Position

In the role of wedding booking manager, you are a key person for our brides and grooms – from the first contact to the completed wedding. You create security, structure, and magic through good planning and personal service.

The position is combined with work in the hotel reception and, if necessary, in the restaurant/bar.

Responsibilities include, among others:

• Responsibility for booking, planning, and coordinating weddings
• Contact with brides and grooms before, during, and after their stay
• Work in the hotel reception with check-in and check-out
• Handling bookings and inquiries
• Administrative work in the booking system (we work in Mews)
• Work in the restaurant/bar as needed

We prefer that you have:

• Previous experience in the hotel and/or restaurant industry (meritorious)
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• The ability to work independently and in an organized manner
