In the spring of 2026, the doors to your new restaurant and wine bar in the heart of Borlänge - Vinbruket.

A charming little restaurant by Sveatorget that tells more than just what you see and experience. Here at Vinbruket, guests take home the story of every detail in their experience.

We are now looking for our upcoming stars and colleagues to create a magical meeting place in Borlänge.

We are strengthening the team with a waitress/waiter who will be a natural part of the dining room. You will be part of the core team that helps build Vinbruket into a natural part of Borlänge's restaurant scene and creates unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

• At least two years of documented experience working in a restaurant dining room
• Ability to work in a structured manner and are meticulous as a person
• High self-drive and a desire to develop and take the next step in your career
• Sommelier training is a plus
