We prepare traditional Swedish food with an emphasis on local ingredients such as game, mushrooms, and berries. Primarily, working hours are during the day, but some evenings may occur during the period.
Sjöstugan has space for 60 people indoors and 40 seats on the outdoor terrace.
The job involves: Planning and managing the work in the kitchen. It is important to be self-sufficient and able to make independent decisions.
Qualifications: Chef, à la carte. Knowledge of special diets and vegan options is an advantage.
Seasonal work, temporary position from March/April with the possibility of extension.

Sjöstugan in Grövelsjön is located close to nature in the mountains of northern Dalarna. Here you will find a restaurant and café, room and cabin rentals, as well as camping. Please visit our website for more information.
