Storsätra Fjällhotell is a family-owned four-star hotel in Grövelsjön with 35 rooms and a restaurant. We focus on personal service, high quality, and sustainability.

We are now looking for an employee for a full-time position with annual working hours, which means you will work more during peak seasons (summer and winter) and less during the low season, with a secure full-time employment throughout the year.

The position involves particular responsibility within housekeeping and guest service and is part of our operational management team. You will work closely with the owners in daily operations and be an important part of the whole.

Job Responsibilities

• planning and coordination within housekeeping
• quality assurance of cleaning and routines
• operational cleaning of hotel rooms and common areas
• serving in the restaurant as needed
• working at the reception and front desk
• switchboard and booking administration
• collaboration with other departments.

Qualifications

• experience in hotels, restaurants, or other service industries
• responsible and structured
• good organizational skills
• proficient in Swedish both spoken and written, and preferably also in English.
• Experience in coordination or team leadership is an advantage.
