In the spring of 2026, the doors to your new restaurant and wine bar in the heart of Borlänge - Vinbruket.

A charming little restaurant by Sveatorget that tells more than just what you see and experience. At Vinbruket, guests take with them the story of every detail in their experience.

We are now looking for our upcoming stars and colleagues to create a magical meeting place in Borlänge.

We are strengthening the team with a bar manager who will be a natural part of the dining room and work closely with the owners in creating the bar and restaurant experience for guests. You will have significant responsibility and be creative in the process of building a high-quality cocktail menu that attracts people from afar and a service level that makes guests never want to leave their seats.

Qualifications

• At least two years of documented experience in a leading position within a bar/restaurant
• Ability to work in a structured manner and be meticulous as a person
• High self-drive and a desire to develop and take the next step in your career
• Sommelier education is a merit
