Are you looking for a job where you can make a real difference in people's daily lives?
We are now looking for a nurse to work at one of our five care and nursing homes belonging to the HSL 1 section.
As a new nurse with us, you will receive an individually tailored introduction based on your needs, and a nursing colleague will act as your mentor throughout your first year. Working hours are scheduled during the day from 07:00 to 15:30 with shifts every sixth weekend.

Job Responsibilities
As a nurse within HSL 1, you will have a varied and meaningful job. You will work with:
- Assessing, planning, and implementing medical interventions and nursing measures.
- Collaborating in a team with nursing assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and section managers.
- Guiding and delegating nursing staff.
- Working person-centered and involving both residents and relatives in care.
- Participating in collaboration with primary care and other actors according to the health and medical care agreement.
- Contributing to quality work through documentation in e.g., BPSD, Senior Alert, and Palliative Register.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with at least two years of professional experience as a nurse with a Swedish license. In addition, we want you to have:
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
- Digital competence and experience in documentation.
- The ability to work independently, structured, and in close collaboration with the team.
Meritorious:
- Experience of working in municipal health and medical care.
- Specialist training in relevant areas.
- Experience of working with dementia.
- Work experience in BPSD, Senior Alert, and Palliative Register.
