Örkelljunga municipality is actively working on the transition to Close Care and invests in welfare technology to create safe and modern care for our residents. For us, innovation is a natural part of everyday life – we work with the National Care Plan (NVP), registration in quality registers, and innovative solutions within welfare technology to strengthen and develop our operations.

We are now expanding our workgroup and are looking for a new colleague for a temporary position that extends throughout 2026, with good opportunities for extension.

As a nurse with us, you will be part of a stable and committed workgroup with about 20 district nurses and nurses, distributed among care managers, pool nurses, and evening and night shifts. The team also includes HSL nursing assistants, which creates good conditions for collaboration and community. We cover our own staffing and work together to provide our patients with the best possible care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a pool nurse who wants a varied and developing job. With us, you will have the opportunity to work in several different areas, such as home care, special housing, short-term units, and LSS.

The position includes daytime work as well as weekends every fifth week. The role entails flexibility; you may be placed in a specific area for individual days or for longer continuous periods. You will also support your colleagues with individual efforts based on needs.

The work also includes guidance of care staff and close collaboration with occupational therapists and physiotherapists, which provides good conditions for a stimulating and developing work climate.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a licensed nurse. We would prefer that you have a few years of experience in municipal primary care, but this is not a requirement. Further education in relevant areas is an advantage.

As a person, you are structured, flexible, and solution-focused with good collaboration skills. You enjoy working in a team and have a pedagogical ability in your interactions with patients, relatives, and colleagues. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
