At the Supply Unit in Hässleholm, we work to ensure the supply of medicines to healthcare. Since the start on September 1, the operation has been in an exciting phase of establishment. You will have the opportunity to be involved early on and contribute to developing routines, creating structures, and building processes from the ground up.

As a pharmacist at the Supply Unit in Hässleholm, you will work with your colleagues in the supply of medicines to healthcare. As a pharmacist, you are expected to act with care and commitment, truly putting the customer at the center.

The operation started on September 1, 2025, and we are now in an exciting startup phase. We would love to have you on board in the continued work – especially in the preparations where your ideas and initiatives are important for developing our workplace together with the team at the unit. When we are fully operational, the team will consist of 17 employees, and you will be part of an engaged group that together builds an operation with a strong focus on quality, collaboration, and patient safety.

In this role, you will work according to our routines and processes to achieve good quality in the supply of medicines to healthcare. We distribute medicines to hospitals and healthcare facilities in Region Skåne.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing incoming medicine orders in our system EBS

• Conducting pharmaceutical assessments and checks of orders

• Managing licensed medicines and contacts with authorities and suppliers

• Ensuring quality in deliveries and performing pharmaceutical checks before dispensing

• Maintaining customer contact with healthcare providers and other partners

• Collaborating closely with production and other functions within the facility

You report to the operations manager and work closely with colleagues throughout the ESA unit.

For this position, we are looking for a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use. The following competencies are important for a good match for this role:
