The position is divided between the two facilities and involves two clearly defined tasks:

• 75 percent work at the Delfinen Health Center in Höganäs
• 25 percent work at the Laröd Health Center, Mariastaden branch

Each workplace has its own patient group, its own working methods, and its own specific focus areas, which provides varied and developing work.

About the assignment at Delfinen Health Center in Höganäs:

In beautiful Kullabygden, in the heart of Höganäs, lies the Delfinen Health Center with approximately 8,400 registered patients and a complete medical commitment according to Hälsovalet, including a child health center/family center. Here you will work at a larger health center with a broad operation and a well-developed team consisting of specialists in general medicine, ST and AT doctors, nurses, medical secretaries, nursing assistants, and a wide range of rehabilitation and psychosocial competence.

About the assignment at Laröd Health Center - Mariastaden branch:

In Mariastaden, Helsingborg, the Laröd Health Center operates a branch with a more limited assignment. We have appointments for psychologists, physiotherapists, dietitians, and a child health center. Here you will work with a clearly defined patient group and high continuity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The assignment at Delfinen Health Center in Höganäs includes, among other things:

• Acute and planned outpatient visits.
• Home visits.
• Rounds at special housing for the elderly.
• Team visits together with a child health nurse.
• Close collaboration with municipal primary care and home healthcare.

Here we work closely with the Sjöcrona health center and share a facility manager, medical management responsibility, and unit manager. Teamwork is a fundamental part of our work culture and something that both employees and patients appreciate.

As we always have training doctors with us, it is of great importance that supervision is close to your heart. You will supervise both medical students and training doctors and share your knowledge with other employees.

The focus of the assignment at Laröd Health Center - Mariastaden branch is on:

• Scheduled appointments with both acute and planned doctor visits.
• Long-term patient work in close collaboration with nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and psychologists.

Work in Mariastaden is characterized by a smaller context, close teamwork, and the opportunity to follow patients over time.

QUALIFICATIONS

We now welcome you who are a licensed physician with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare and have specialist competence in general medicine. Additionally, you have good language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s level scale.

To function in the role, you need to enjoy working at two different health centers and have a genuine interest in people. In our daily work at the health center, rapid changes often occur, and therefore it is required that you can adapt when necessary. In these transitions, abilities such as having a good overview, being able to plan your work, and maintaining a good structure are important. Furthermore, we see a good attitude with a high willingness to serve, responsibility, and decisiveness as other important qualities for us. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
