The Rehabilitation Medicine inpatient care at Skåne University Hospital is located at Orup Hospital in Höör and is one of Sweden's largest players in rehabilitation.

The Spinal Cord Injury Unit at Skåne University Hospital (Sus) is one of Sweden's leading providers of spinal cord injury care and rehabilitation. We have been entrusted by the National Board of Health and Welfare to operate as one of four nationally highly specialized units and thus have a NHV assignment for this. Within rehabilitation medicine, rehabilitation is also conducted for individuals with acquired brain injuries and those with complex neurological conditions.

Within Rehabilitation Medicine at Orup, there are 3 inpatient wards with a total of 30 beds, several outpatient flows, and over 100 employees.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a nursing assistant with management support responsibilities for Rehabilitation Medicine at Orup. With us, you will have a stimulating, meaningful, and varied job! As a nursing assistant with management support responsibilities, you will combine staffing, HR administration, and be an important support for managers and employees in a 24/7 operation. We at Orup have introduced a new scheduling and staffing system, TESSA, which you will work with.

You will work closely with unit managers, handling questions about working hours, absence, vacation, overtime, schedules/schedule changes, and payroll documentation. Furthermore, you will be responsible for individual balance calculations and correction cases to HR payroll/Tessa. In this role, you ensure that the right competence is in the right place at the right time.

You will plan staffing, book substitutes, and update schedules. Additionally, you will coordinate the introduction for new employees and provide administrative support to the managers.

In this role, you will work independently but have close collaboration with managers, HR, and other support functions. You create structure, quality, and security in everyday life and are an important cog in the organization. The role requires attention to detail, good system familiarity, and a solution-focused approach.

The position includes weekend work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and meets the National Board of Health and Welfare's requirements for a protected professional title, regardless of whether you have studied under previous or current program structures. Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, are a requirement. If you have previous experience working in an HR window and the scheduling system Tessa, it is an advantage.

The role places high demands on accuracy, good organizational and planning skills, and an appreciation for administrative tasks where you have a coordinating role. As a person, you enjoy creating new contacts and maintaining good relationships at work. We value a good attitude towards everyone around you and a service-oriented mindset.
