JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who is secure and stable, who sees every child as a competent individual. In the role of a resource, you will follow a child and be part of a group of children, both in preschool and school. There, we create a learning environment where children feel safe, seen, and respected. Your main task is to follow a child during their time with us.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children with special needs.
  • Experience working with low-arousal responses where you meet children with calmness, clarity, and respect even in challenging situations.
  • You need to be equipped with a large dose of patience, have an easy time learning new things, understand different communication methods, and enjoy challenges.
  • You like to work independently and have the ability to empathize with others, such as guardians.
  • You have completed high school education, preferably in child and leisure, or other education deemed suitable by the employer. We would like you to have training as a support assistant or treatment assistant, which we see as a good complement to the role.

Personal qualities

  • Ability for professional conflict management where you see conflicts as learning opportunities and can guide children through them constructively.
  • A good view of children where you see the child's perspective, listen to the child's voice, and believe in every child's ability to learn and develop.

Meritorious

  • If you have worked with family treatment.
  • Low-arousal responses.

Personal suitability will be considered.
