We are now looking for AN engaged dental hygienist

Main Duties and Responsibilities

At Folktandvården Munkedal-Färgelanda, you will meet patients of all ages with various care needs.

As a dental hygienist with us, you play an important role in ensuring that patients feel well received, safe during their visit, and motivated towards good oral health. You will utilize your full competence while the position also requires creativity, empathy, and a sense of service.

Your duties will include:

• Being an important part of the clinic's health-promoting and preventive dental care for all ages.
• Conducting your own examinations and identifying, assessing, and planning appropriate oral health interventions.
• Screening sessions for both adults and children.

We are a clinic with two locations, Munkedal and Färgelanda. This position is for the Färgelanda site. The clinics are small, and we have a well-developed collaboration to meet the care needs of our patients. Currently, 27 employees of various ages work with us, many of whom have extensive professional experience in all categories. Qualifications and Profile

• Licensed dental hygienist
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care
• Proficiency in the Swedish language equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written form
• Able to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely
• Capable of presenting a stable and calm impression even when busy
• Able to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner
• Contribute to the development of the organization by actively participating in the clinic's improvement work.

If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your first year. The mentoring is part of our development program, which also includes networking meetings, team and communication training, and observation at specialist or general dental clinics.

About the Recruitment Process

If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR department for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview at the clinic. These interviews are scheduled for February 18th at 2 PM and onwards.
