We are now looking for a licensed occupational therapist who is motivated by seeing people develop! Your work will be carried out within the framework of the service 'Steps to Work', where a group of participants receive practical guidance and labor market knowledge through both individual conversations and group activities. • Coordinate and conduct assessments of work ability

• Guide participants to a suitable career path and help them find an appropriate work trial/workplace

• Handle administrative work related to the assignment

• Contribute to the development of the organization and its methods

• Create a positive experience for participants and contribute to well-being and motivation

• Is a licensed occupational therapist

• Has competence in working with occupational therapy instruments: MOHOST, DOA, WRI, AWC, AWP

• Has good labor market knowledge and local knowledge

• Has very good Swedish in both speech and writing

• Is structured, attentive, and goal-oriented
