About the roles

Within our company, the sales team is one of the largest departments. And at the office in Gemla, the customer support operates with great skill. We are now looking for two new colleagues. The customer support works in teams but also with independent main responsibilities divided into contact with B2C, B2B, and also partners related to both physical and digital trade.

A typical workday thus spans widely, from customer support, return handling, product information, order registration, as well as some internal support.

One of the two vacancies focuses more on E-com, and with this comes administrative tasks, including order placement and monitoring of stock levels.

Working customer-oriented and sales-focused as customer support is, of course, a given. In addition, there is still responsibility to maintain administrative routines and to collaborate with many other internal functions.

Qualifications

We believe that you…

• Have documented professional experience from customer service/support with breadth in both customer support and administration/sales support. We will particularly value documented expertise in customer support/inside sales B2B. For role number two, corresponding experience in contact with end consumers (B2C) is considered an advantage.
• Have an educational background aligned with the role, at least at the high school level.
• Are a genuine service person who is also comfortable meeting new product areas and guiding customers to solutions. We are looking for a doer who is passionate about customer service and sales.
• Feel comfortable with administrative tasks and have system support, preferably with previous experience of Business Central (Microsoft).
• Are team-oriented and development-focused.
• Have a distinctly good communicative ability, in Swedish and English. For one of the two vacancies, additional language skills are considered particularly advantageous, preferably German.

Location: Gemla. Both positions are full-time and with start according to agreement, March-April 2026. Employment type: Permanent with an initial probationary period (position no. 1) or a temporary position of about 1.5 years (position no. 2).
