LEADING SALES PERSON FOR MASKINCENTRUM IN VÄXJÖ
Do you want to combine sales with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role? We are now looking for an engaged and business-minded salesperson who can take on greater responsibility and lead others in the long run.
As a salesperson with us, you will work with the sale of motorhomes and caravans from well-known and popular brands such as Pilote, Bürstner, Le Voyageur, and Hobby. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the site manager in the daily follow-up of sales.
The role suits you who thrives in customer interactions, enjoys business, and has the ambition to develop towards a leadership role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of salesperson, you will be responsible for selling motorhomes and caravans from our well-known brands and achieving set sales targets. You will meet customers daily in the showroom and via phone, building trust through good product knowledge and driving the business all the way from the first contact to delivery.
You will also be responsible for:
Following up on quotes and ongoing sales
Planning and coordinating deliveries
Working according to the company's sales process in close collaboration with the site manager
Participating in sales activities such as open weekends and fairs
Contributing to marketing through social media, ads, and other channels
PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is engaged, business-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with many contact points. You are communicative and have an easy time building trust in customer interactions, while also working in a structured and goal-oriented manner. Ideally, you have worked in a leadership role and are eager to develop alongside the business.
As a leader, you show the way, create trust, and have a coaching and supportive leadership style focused on business, well-being, and good results.
As a person, you are unpretentious and fearless, take responsibility, and dare to make decisions. You enjoy juggling many tasks and see opportunities rather than obstacles. With a natural drive and a good example, you contribute to both sales results and a positive team spirit.

Location: Växjö. Start: Immediately or by agreement.
Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 18:00 (flexible hours offered) and some Saturdays from 11:00 to 14:00.
