The position is: Summer temporary employment with varying hours during the summer of 2026. We would like you to have the opportunity for introduction and extra work during the spring.

Start date: As agreed summer 2026

Working hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the job.

We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Work Environment Act, you must be at least 18 years old to work in the bakery department.

You put the finishing touch on the customer experience

You have the chance to make a significant impact on our customers' visits, which is why you have an important task in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This can mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so that the customer finds their way in the store. You should ensure that the customer leaves satisfied - preferably with an extra item in their bag and a good feeling in their body!

What will you do?

Every day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks will be:

• Ensure that customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration)
• Work with baking and production of everything from sourdough bread to princess cakes.
• Handle customer orders, restocking products, and creating a pleasant store environment with order and tidiness.
• Contribute to offering our customers a fresh and inspiring bakery department.
• Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help where needed!

Who are you?

You are a natural problem-solver who enjoys a fast-paced environment. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are a given for you. Do you have a great interest in baking? Great! If you have previous experience from a bakery/pastry shop – even better!

We believe that you:

• Have a high school education and master Swedish in speech and writing. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it’s fantastic if you do too.
• If you have previous experience/education in baking or pastry, this is an advantage.
• Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaging.
• Enjoy doing things together and contribute with energy and joy.
• Are curious, solution-oriented, and see when something needs to be done and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
