We are in need of two weekend positions in our somatic units at Rörestorpsgården.

Here, 9-10 residents live per department, and you will work alongside regular staff to ensure that their needs are met in a kind and warm manner. The weekend positions are approximately 40-45% and primarily involve weekends (day and evening shifts), but also some weekdays. We are relatively flexible and can adjust the schedule if you have studies to accommodate.

Responsibilities

To provide care and service centered around the residents' needs according to assistance decisions and implementation plans, with respect for the residents' integrity, participation, and self-determination. The responsibilities also include IT-based documentation and administration as well as delegated health and medical tasks.

Qualifications

Completion of the Care and Nursing Program or other education that provides nursing assistant competence, along with good computer skills. The position requires good collaboration skills, flexibility, and independence. Personal suitability is highly valued. Delegation of medication.

Conditions

As of July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected professional title, and one must apply for a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare to use the title nursing assistant.

You must have passing grades in Swedish.

Interviews will be conducted during the application period.

In Värnamo Municipality, all permanent positions are advertised as full-time. If you prefer part-time and the organization can accommodate a lower employment rate, that is, of course, an option.
