The Role of Intensive Care Nurse
As an intensive care nurse, you are responsible for the most qualified care and monitoring within emergency care. You also participate when acute medical interventions are required within the hospital, such as during cardiac arrest and trauma. We want the patient to be involved in their care. This means that information is also a very important part of the work, as is contact with relatives.
We in the Intensive Care Unit now have the opportunity to offer you, who are a licensed nurse with specialist training in intensive care, a permanent full-time position. Start date is according to agreement, but we would like you to start as soon as possible.
Your Future Workplace
The Operations and Intensive Care Clinic is one of the largest clinics in the hospital with about 160 employees in intensive care, surgical care, separate day surgery operations, sterile technical operations, pain unit, and an administrative unit.
Your Profile
You have an interest, willingness, and ability to help others. As a person, you are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your approach. In pressured situations, it is important that you are stable and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations. You have the competence to quickly intervene in acute situations, but also to prevent critical conditions from arising. In our work, it is important that you work well with others and communicate clearly.
