Occupational Therapist Wanted at Curonova Consulting AB

At Curonova Consulting AB, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated occupational therapist to join our team and work with the Employment Service's program "Steg till arbete". As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals overcome barriers and achieve their goals in the labor market.

About the Role:

As an occupational therapist, you will be a key person in implementing the Employment Service's program "Steg till arbete" in the locations of Vetlanda, Eksjö, or Tranås. We are looking for one (1) person who will alternate between working at these locations. You will work closely with clients to identify their individual needs and develop customized plans to facilitate their transition into working life. Your role will include:

• Assessing clients' abilities, skills, and needs to create individual action plans.
• Developing and implementing rehabilitation measures and activities to support clients' physical and mental health.
• Collaborating with other professionals, including employment officers, educational and career counselors, and matchmakers, to ensure holistic and integrated care.
• Encouraging clients' independence and self-confidence through various therapeutic methods and techniques.
• Continuous documentation and reporting of progress and evaluation of clients' development.

The position may also involve work in our other services such as Rusta och Matcha or TSL if needed.

Qualifications:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and competent occupational therapist with the following qualifications:

• Licensure as an occupational therapist.
• Experience in working with vocational rehabilitation or similar fields is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of physical and mental health as well as rehabilitation processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying client needs.
• Driver's license and access to a car.

You also need to be trained or willing to be trained in the following instruments:

• Model of Human Occupation Screening Tool (MOHOST)
• Dialog om arbetsförmåga (DOA) including self-assessment manual in English
• Worker Role Interview (WRI)
• Assessment of Work Characteristics (AWC)
• Assessment of Work Performance (AWP)
