At Curonova Consulting AB, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated occupational therapist to join our team and work with the Employment Agency's service "Steps to Work". As part of our team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals overcome barriers and achieve their goals in the labor market.

About the Role:

As an occupational therapist, you will be a key person in implementing the Employment Agency's service "Steps to Work" in the town of Vetlanda. You will work closely with clients to identify their individual needs and develop customized plans to facilitate their transition to working life. Your role will include:

• Assessing clients' abilities, skills, and needs to create individual action plans.
• Developing and implementing rehabilitation measures and activities to support clients' physical and mental health.
• Collaborating with other professionals, including employment agents, study and career counselors, and matchmakers, to ensure holistic and integrated care.
• Encouraging clients' independence and self-confidence through various therapeutic methods and techniques.
• Continuous documentation and reporting of progress and evaluation of clients' development.

Qualifications:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and competent occupational therapist with the following qualifications:

• License as an occupational therapist.
• Experience working with vocational rehabilitation or similar fields is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of physical and mental health as well as rehabilitation processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying client needs.
• Driver's license (B) and access to a car.

You should also be trained or willing to be trained in the following instruments:

• Model of Human Occupation Screening Tool (MOHOST)
• Dialog about Work Ability (DOA) including self-assessment manual in English
• Worker Role Interview (WRI)
• Assessment of Work Characteristics (AWC)
• Assessment of Work Performance (AWP)
