As one of our employees has chosen to seek new opportunities, we are looking for a new colleague to join our wonderful home care team in Rydaholm and Bor! The position is full-time with day, evening, and weekend shifts, where weekends occur every other week.

We are looking for someone who has a heart and empathy for the users, and the ambition to be a great colleague in the team! A driver's license is required, and experience in care work is necessary as this is a free but responsible job! We welcome your application!

Responsibilities

To provide care and service centered around the user's needs according to the assistance decision and implementation plan, with respect for the user's integrity, participation, and self-determination.

Experience in care work is meritorious as it requires you to be self-sufficient in the sense of being comfortable working independently in the individual's home.

The tasks also include IT-based documentation and administration as well as delegated health and medical care tasks.

Qualifications

Care and nursing program or other education that provides nursing competence and good computer skills. The position requires good collaboration skills, flexibility, and independence. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, and experience is meritorious.

Conditions

As of July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected professional title, and to be eligible as a nursing assistant, a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare must be submitted.

Approved grades in Swedish.

A B driver's license for manual transmission is required, as well as the ability to ride a bike.

In Värnamo Municipality, all permanent positions are advertised as full-time. If you prefer part-time and the operation can accommodate a lower employment rate, that is of course a possibility.
