Team Leader for the Construction Group in Vetronics

Your Future Challenge

As a team leader, you will work alongside the group manager as part of the management team for Vetronics Hardware. The role is based on close collaboration and complementary responsibilities:

• The group manager works with strategy and the overall picture.
• The team leader focuses on structure, follow-up, and progress.

Together, you will lead both employees and consultants and drive the business forward. The role is shaped in dialogue with you, and you will be an important part of strengthening culture, processes, and the team's daily work.

The department currently consists of a large proportion of consultants placed in satellite offices across Sweden. Therefore, you will play a central role in creating cohesion, clarity, and uniform working methods regardless of geographical location.

You will be responsible for the department's consultants in the form of:

• Consultant introduction and termination
• Visits and follow-ups with consulting companies, which involves travel within Sweden
• Financial follow-up of our external consultants
• Business development within the department to streamline work, processes, and instructions, etc.
• Resource allocation in collaboration with project managers and the department head
• Together with the group manager, current team leaders, and team leaders, set KPIs and develop how we follow them up
• Act as a stand-in for the manager during design reviews, etc.

You will report to the head of Vetronics Integration and be part of the management team for Vetronics Hardware. The team leader position is a unique opportunity to experience a leadership role with significant development opportunities.

Qualifications

We prefer that you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering. You have good collaboration and communication skills and a business sense. You have a positive outlook and enjoy creative problem-solving. Experience in the consulting industry or leadership roles is an advantage.

Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are required.
