About the Position

E.ON is looking for an experienced occupational health and safety consultant to play a central role in further developing and ensuring the quality of the company's systematic work environment efforts. The main focus of the assignment is to interpret applicable work environment legislation and, based on this and personal expertise, review existing routines and develop updated, legal and business-adapted working methods.

The work will be carried out in close collaboration with E.ON's existing HSE organization and operations. The proposed suggestions will then be referred and implemented internally. Other work environment-related tasks may also be included in the assignment.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Interpret and translate work environment legislation into practical routines and working methods within E.ON.
• Review and analyze existing systematic work environment efforts (SAM).
• Develop improved and updated routines tailored to the needs of the business.
• Ensure compliance with the Work Environment Act (AML), the Work Environment Ordinance, and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS).
• Contribute specialist knowledge in ISO 45001.
• Collaborate with the HSE function and operations as support in improvement and change work.

Who Are You?

• Relevant education in occupational health and safety, such as occupational health engineer, behavioral science with a focus on work environment, or equivalent.
• Documented experience in work environment, preferably as a consultant.
• Experience from heavy industry is an advantage.

Very good knowledge of:

• The Work Environment Act (AML).
• The Work Environment Ordinance.
• The Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS).
• Documented experience in systematic work environment efforts (SAM).
• Good knowledge of ISO 45001.
• Very good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Analytical and solution-oriented.
• Ability to see the big picture and adapt solutions to the needs of the business.
• Independent and responsible, with a good ability to meet deadlines.
• Good collaboration skills and cultural understanding.
• Shows genuine commitment, drive, and interest in contributing to E.ON's continued development in occupational health and safety.
