Särnmark currently has over 3500 employees, and our customers and staff are located all over Sweden. Särnmark's headquarters is in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden.

I am a 38-year-old man seeking personal assistants. I have an intellectual disability and epilepsy, and I need support from my assistants to function in my daily life. You will help me with all practical matters as well as the social aspects of life. It is important that you, who work with me, are patient and engaged in my needs and activities, and that you prioritize me. Trust is very important to me; it gives me security and the ability to function well.

If you have previous experience working with similar diagnoses, it is an advantage, but the most important thing is the chemistry between us and your willingness to learn and develop in your role alongside me. I enjoy doing things and going for walks, car rides, and I feel comfortable in the woods and nature. As my assistant, you will work together with a colleague, as I have double assistance during my waking hours.

I place great importance on your proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
