You act judiciously and proactively for the benefit of the customer. You have the ability to create calm and are good at adapting your approach based on the different situations that may arise in your work. You should find it easy to meet other people and build relationships, but also be able to set clear boundaries.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform stationary and patrolling security with checks of alarms, windows, doors, and equipment.

• Staff receptions, switchboards, monitoring centers, and guard booths.

• Conduct security patrols in public environments.

• Respond to alarms such as break-ins, disturbances, property issues, call-out alarms, and emergency alarms.

• Control operations.

• Security technology.

• Work both day and night shifts.

• Work in teams as well as independently and proactively to create a safe environment for our customers.

For employment at SRB Security, we require that you:

Have approval from the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company (to be arranged by the company upon hiring).

VU1 and VU2.

Are law-abiding and have no criminal record (law-abiding includes not engaging in criminal activities or related matters).

Have organized personal finances, hold a B driver's license, and are drug-free.

Are honest, responsible, vigilant, meticulous, and punctual.

Are service-oriented, stress-resistant, flexible, security-minded, and mentally stable.

You should also have the ability to cooperate and collaborate with others regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation.

If this describes you, we offer you employment according to agreement and salary according to collective agreements on an hourly basis, part-time, or full-time. Your job responsibilities will be stationary or patrolling.

• Driver's license B.

• Previous experience in the security industry, technical knowledge, or additional language skills are a plus.
