Instructor for the Swedish Customs Instructor Unit
The Instructor Unit is part of the HR department and gathers all of the Swedish Customs instructors in conflict management and driver training. The unit's employees are stationed throughout the country and are managed nationally from the HR department. The instructors of the unit are responsible for basic and further education in conflict management and driver training at Swedish Customs educational programs.
About the position
As a national instructor in the instructor unit, you will lead, together with other national instructors and instructor resources, planned basic and further education in conflict management within Swedish Customs. In addition to teaching duties, you are expected to plan, coordinate, and conduct training with high quality. You are also expected to make approval assessments based on nationally established requirements. You should also be able to provide constructive feedback to your course participants. As a national instructor, you are seen as a national resource where educational assignments can occur in all geographical areas of Swedish Customs. Your assignment will mainly be carried out within your geographical area.
Are you the one we are looking for?
We are looking for someone who has:
- Completed Swedish Customs' internal instructor training in conflict management
- Completed Swedish Customs' aspirant training
- Work experience that the employer deems relevant for the position
- Experience as an instructor in conflict management
- Driver's license, *B*
It is an advantage if you have:
- Pedagogical education
- Work experience in external operational activities. (Swedish Customs' Crime Prevention Operations)

We are looking for someone who is driven, goal-oriented, has good judgment, and is innovative to contribute to and develop the operations towards set goals. You should have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously as the workload can be high at times. You have excellent collaboration skills to cooperate at all levels both internally and externally. Furthermore, you are flexible and eager to develop to adapt yourself to the operations and new requirements. As a person, you are structured and have the ability to prioritize your work. You contribute to participation, engagement, and have great social competence, being open, outgoing, and service-oriented.

Travel within the country may occur.
For external applicants, a probationary period of 6 months followed by a permanent position.
