ANSVAR SÄKERHET is looking for experienced team leaders and operational workplace inspectors for our growing control operations. With us, you will work against labor market crime, black labor, and labor exploitation.

We are looking for someone with extensive operational experience from authorities or security operations who wants to contribute their expertise to a specialized and rapidly growing organization.

About the role

As a team leader at ANSVAR SÄKERHET, you will conduct inspections within the framework of our service offerings and review companies as well as individuals.

Your responsibilities include

• Conducting operational workplace inspections
• Verifying identity documents, labor law, and statutory requirements
• Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and contractual terms
• Documenting and reporting deviations in our digital and encrypted systems
• Collaborating with colleagues, analysts, and clients

We are looking for someone who

• Has solid experience in operational supervision, inspection, or security work
• Is comfortable interacting with people even in pressured and sensitive situations
• Works in a structured, meticulous manner with high integrity
• Has a good understanding of labor market crime and authority processes
• Communicates professionally in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• Has good digital skills and is comfortable with documentation and reporting

Formal qualifications and experience

• Experience from the Swedish Work Environment Authority, Police Authority, or the security industry

Preferred qualifications

• Experience from the Swedish Tax Agency's control operations
• Experience from the Swedish Migration Agency
• Knowledge of labor market crime
• Knowledge of posting, immigration legislation, and work environment legislation
• BAS-P and/or BAS-U
• Documented competence in workplace inspections through training, certification, or equivalent
