About the Role

The employment form is full-time, and in your role as a team leader, you will have a multifaceted responsibility where you report to the operations manager and coordinator. You will be operationally responsible for the staff serving our clients, with tasks ranging from operational leadership to strategic personnel development and customer relations.

Responsibilities include:

• Vacancy solutions
• Competence development of staff
• Revise instructions
• Manage and develop customer relations
• Conduct risk assessments
• Quality assurance

Other

Salary is based on the collective agreement between Security Companies and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.

To be eligible for this position, you must have a valid security guard training and a B driver's license. It is also important that you can express yourself well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. Previous experience in a leadership position is an advantage.

About the Position

Employment form: Full-time
Working hours: Shift
Start date: Immediately
Probationary period: 6 months

The role is classified in a security class, and a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted before employment.
