Avarn Security is tasked with delivering personnel security services to the Saab Group in Sweden and abroad. The delivery is a significant part of a coordinated security service with Avarn Security's surveillance and technology organization. The coordinated security delivery is one of Sweden's most complex, dynamic, and visible assignments with nationwide customer responsibility for the group.

We are looking for someone who wants to work as needed throughout the year and who also has the opportunity for summer work in 2026. The employment is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period.

Job Responsibilities:

Including patrolling, staffing entrance receptions, ensuring that no unauthorized persons have access to protected objects. More information will be provided during the interview.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who has personal maturity and feels secure in the role of a security guard. Personal characteristics are what determine the best fit. You should possess a high level of security awareness and social competence. We place great importance on your ability to work in a team, but we also expect you to independently identify and solve problems.

Requirements for Applicants:

• At least 18 years old before starting the assignment
• High school diploma
• Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing
• Driver's license B
• Civil security guard training (or military security guard training, completed in 2016 or later)

You must also be unpunished, drug-free, have an orderly economy, and good health and fitness to be employed by Avarn Security.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Guard training (VU1 + VU2)
• Weapon training

The position involves placement in a security class, which means that a security clearance interview will be applied before potential employment.
