About the Role

The employment is a full-time position scheduled for night shifts, and in your role as a team leader, you will have a multifaceted responsibility where you report to the operations manager and coordinator. You will be operationally responsible for the staff serving our customers, with tasks ranging from operational leadership to strategic personnel development and customer relations.

Responsibilities include:

• Vacancy solutions
• Staff development
• Reviewing instructions
• Managing and developing customer relationships
• Conducting risk assessments
• Quality assurance

Other

Salary is according to the collective agreement between Security Companies and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.

To be eligible for this position, you must have a valid security guard training and a B driver's license. It is also important that you can express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in a leadership position.

About the Position

• Employment type: Full-time
• Working hours: Night shifts
• Start date: Immediately
• Probationary period: 6 months

The role is classified in a security class, and a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted before employment.
