We are looking for team leaders and workplace inspectors with extensive experience in operational work as occupational safety inspectors, BAS-P, BAS-U, police, or with a security background for our service area of workplace inspections.

Do you have previous experience in operational work from the Swedish Work Environment Authority, the Police Authority, or security work? Are you someone who wants to work extra?

We are currently expanding our inspection operations and are looking for you with experience in operational work such as inspections/audits who can support us in our exciting assignments in an expanding industry as needed. The employment form is hourly employment.

As a workplace inspector with us, you will conduct inspections within the framework of our service offerings and review companies and individuals by checking various ID documents and labor law to ensure that applicable legislation and contractual requirements are followed in workplaces.

We would like you to seek development potential to become a team leader and take on greater responsibility in leading operational groups.

We primarily need more driven Team Leaders and workplace inspectors in Stockholm.

ANSVAR SÄKERHET is based in Stockholm but operates throughout the country. For those who wish, there is the opportunity to work in other locations and travel for work.

Formal qualifications and experience:

• Experience in operational work from the Swedish Work Environment Authority, the Police Authority, or the security industry.

It is advantageous if you have

• Experience from the Swedish Tax Agency's inspection operations.
• Knowledge of labor market crime
• Experience from the Swedish Migration Agency
• Knowledge of posting, immigration legislation, labor environment legislation
• You can substantiate your formal qualifications in occupational safety inspections through relevant education, courses, certifications, or equivalent,
• BAS-P and/or BAS-U experience.
