Fastighetsmästaren manages condominiums, rental apartments, and commercial properties for external property owners, housing associations, and other clients within private and public management. We are located in Gällivare, Kiruna, and Haparanda.

We are now looking for a: Property Manager in Kiruna.

As a property manager, you will be part of and lead a team of 2–6 people within the technical management department. Together, you will work on the operation and maintenance of properties, installations, and facilities, as well as deliver other service functions to the business that includes both internal and external customers in Kiruna and surrounding areas. In the department, you will have colleagues with expertise in Construction, Painting, HVAC, Ventilation, Property Maintenance, Cleaning, Property Technology, Electrical, as well as Security Installations and Property Automation.

Your role:

As a Property Manager, you are a key person responsible for ensuring that the team carries out the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the properties, roads, parks, water facilities, etc. You prepare, distribute, and participate in ensuring that tasks are completed within the team. Working as a property manager with us suits you if you thrive in a leading position in a varied, dynamic, and independent role with a lot of contact with people. Your service orientation and outgoing nature, combined with a theoretical and practical approach, provide a solid foundation for your success in the role.

Competence profile

A suitable background includes previous experience as a technician or property manager in operations and maintenance, preferably within properties. If you have education in property management/operations or similar, it is an advantage. As a person, you are organized, flexible, service-oriented, have high administrative skills, and possess a positive attitude. You enjoy working both independently and in a team. A valid driver's license (B) is required. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in leadership and are accustomed to negotiations with clients, partners, and other interest organizations.

You are a responsible and service-oriented person who enjoys working towards the goal of customer satisfaction, aiming to maintain good and long-term customer and business relationships. You have good social skills and a natural talent for delivering service functions. Start date as soon as possible or by agreement.

Duration permanent employment subject to a 6-month probationary period.
