About the Position

Multeral is looking for a responsible and solution-oriented service technician who wants to be part of a close-knit team in a company with high technical competence.

In this role, you will work with professional coffee machines for some of Sweden's strongest brands and become part of a knowledgeable team.

The role suits you who enjoys technical work, likes structure and quality, and appreciates the variation between practical work, troubleshooting, and customer contact.

Your Future Responsibilities

The work includes service, repair, and maintenance of professional coffee machines, both at customer sites and in the workshop.

Examples of tasks include:

• Service and repair of coffee machines at customer locations

• Renovation and repair of hydraulic and mechanical modules in the workshop

• Preventive maintenance according to Multeral's service concept

• Emergency and warranty service as needed

• Troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues

• Documentation, follow-up, and reporting of completed work in digital systems

We are looking for someone who

• Has a technical background, for example as a mechanic, precision mechanic, electrician, or equivalent

• Has experience in service and repair work, preferably with coffee machines or similar equipment

• Has a good ability to understand technical documentation and drawings

• Is computer literate

• Communicates fluently in Swedish and has a good understanding of English

• Holds a B driver's license

Previous experience with Thermoplan machines is highly meritorious.

As a person, you are technically curious and meticulous, with a strong sense of responsibility. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.

Start: By agreement Workplace: The position is based in the workshop in Gothenburg and primarily involves travel in Gothenburg and surrounding areas. Extent: Full-time Employment Type: Permanent employment with an initial probationary period
